Exclusive residence built in a green area where you can enjoy a priceless view of Lake Ceresio and the surrounding mountains.
To ensure adequate insertion of the new building in the morphological context of the area, a " stepped " construction type with green roof covering and natural stone facade cladding was chosen.
The residence is divided into three blocks of two levels, for a total of seven real estate units and a common garage.
A careful design aimed at guaranteeing high parameters and standards both as regards the materials used and the construction technologies characterizes the entire building.
