Residence Le Terrazze, Albonago

Exclusive residence, consisting of five three-storey buildings above ground and a common garage.
Each building is divided into 3 high-standing apartments, a spa with a sauna and a Jacuzzi on the ground floor and a roof garden with a mini swimming pool on the roof of each penthouse. The green areas are organized between pedestrian paths and private and common gardens, highlighting the main entrance of each building.
The supporting structure was made of reinforced concrete covered with a second skin of insulating material covered in turn by white split bricks.
Each building is heated by an air-air heat pump complete with heat recovery while the water heating is guaranteed by a combined boiler with solar collectors placed on the roofs.
Attention to detail and quality finishes characterize the whole project.
